Food Pantry Hours: Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 7 PM

No appointment necessary

Our pantry is currently limited to serving 25 households each week. We know the need is great, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as our volunteers work hard to assist as many families as possible.

Tips for Shoppers:

  • Arrive early, shopping numbers are handed out starting at 5:15 PM.

  • Bring clean, reusable bags.

  • Use the pantry only when needed (limit of 2 visits per month).

  • Follow the honor system- one shopper per household, with food distributed based on total household size (individuals must live in the home).

  • Be respectful to others- no smoking in line, no offensive language, and no aggressive behavior.

  • Shop efficiently so everyone has time within our operating hours.

Updated Client Code of Conduct

The Bricelyn Food Pantry is committed to creating a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported. To help us maintain this positive environment, we have updated our Client Code of Conduct. These guidelines ensure that clients, volunteers, and families can enjoy a welcoming and comfortable experience during pantry hours.

Each client will receive a printed copy, and signatures are required to participate in food shelf services. Thank you for helping us keep the pantry a caring and respectful place for our entire community.

At CPFC, our Food Pantry Program is dedicated to promoting food security and ensuring access to healthy, nutritious food for all members of our community. Our goals include:

  • Ensuring Food Security: Provide a reliable source of food for individuals and families facing food insecurity, ensuring that no one goes hungry.

  • Offering Nutritious Options: Supply a variety of healthy food choices, including fresh produce, whole grains, and proteins, to support balanced diets and overall well-being.

  • Supporting Our Community: Foster a sense of community and solidarity by offering a welcoming environment where everyone can access the food they need with dignity and respect.

Through our food pantry, we aim to alleviate hunger and promote health, helping to build a stronger, more resilient Faribault County. Together, we can create a community where everyone has the nourishment they need to thrive.
